The Quarry is inspired by past experiences of both a professional …and not-so-professional nature. After years of dreaming, we believed this was the right time and place for our southern, cajun style hangout. As one of the owners, who is a former resident of New Orleans, likes to say – ‘The best lessons in life are the ones you can bring back home with you ‘. At least, we think he said that – the Sazeracs were going down well that day and he talks a lot.
We hope you like our little Cajun restaurant! A lot of time and love was spent on the menu with locally made Boudin and Andouille, plus authentic Louisiana seafood and spices. Come on down and give us a look, you might just learn the best way to evacuate a hurricane.
