Tropical Liqueurs opened it’s first bar in downtown Columbia Missouri in the fall of 1985. We had seen several places like it and were convinced that the frozen cocktail concept would make a great addition to Columbia’s assortment of restaurants and bars. Although there are other operations like it, Tropical Liqueurs is totally independent and locally owned and operated.
